Video and DVD rental policy as follows:
Membership can be obtained by registering at The Flicks,
pertinent information including driver's license and major credit
card will be recorded. Videos are due at 5 pm 2 days after renting.
Rental fees are $2.79 plus sales tax. Late fees are assessed at
2.79 + tax per day.
