As the era of silent films comes to an end, his star seems to be fading, but his romance with a young dancer on the verge of her big break (Berenice Bejo) may be the best thing that ever happened to him. John Goodman, Malcolm McDowell, Penelope Anne Miller and Missi Pyle co-star. Michael Hazanavicius wrote and directed this silent, black and white film, with orchestral music by Ludovic Bource.
