The Visitor

The much awaited second feature from Tom McCarthy, who directed The Station Agent in 2003, is as good as we would have expected. Richard Jenkins, whom you will recognize as the deceased patriarch of Six Feet Under, plays a widowed college professor who, on a rare trip from Connecticut to Manhattan, is surprised by a couple who have rented his apartment from a con artist. Rated PG-13

Running time is approximately 103 minutes

Counterfeiters

In 1936 the Nazis established the largest counterfeiting operation in history, with the intention of flooding the British and American economies with fake currency. This thriller presents the moral dilemma faced by the concentration camp workers who were given better treatment but had to choose to aid Hitler's war machine. Starring Karl Markovics, August Diehl, written and directed by Stefan Ruzowitsky. In German with English subtitles. Academy Award Winner, Best Foreign Language Film of 2007. Rated R

Running time is approximately 98 minutes

Directed by Stephen Walker. Rated PG

Running time is approximately 107 minutes
